    Oh my goodness!! That new X-ray equipment that goes into the mouth was definitely not made for small mouths! I needed it inserted about 14 + times & although it hurt, I withstood it all but one time. Just letting you know. Helga is great though.

    I have been seeing Dr. Farber for Periodontal work since 1991. I broke a tooth on the first night of my recent cruise and needed an extraction and prep work for an implant.     I've been a patient of Dr. Farber since 2007 when I had 4 dental implants placed in my mouth. Considering the extractions and then the procedures for the implants, it couldn't have gone smoother. I'm very pleased with his professionalism and expertise, and feel very calm and confident when undergoing any procedure. The staff is wonderful - friendly and very caring. The office is spotless.

  • Quarterly visit to Dr. Farber

    I love the coffee at the end of my visit. This is a reward for showing up. It also comes in handy on a chilly day. The variety of lotions in the ladies room put me in mind of a spa, even the "no touch" soap and garbage can is appealing. The flow of technology is always impressive, when they function correctly. It does make one wonder if we will one day be treated by robotic arms. But for the now, the quality of care is superb and many of us travel out of our way to see Carol. What we all could live without is the reminder in the waiting room of what we may be in for in the future. Dental instructional videos don't take your mind off anything.They stress you out! Then when you get in the chair, they take your blood pressure and it never reads right. Last time it was much higher; this time it was so low, it freaked me out. Also watching paintings float along the screen is not really calming when someone has pointy tools in your mouth. But this visit, I got a gold star for superb home care and a great cup of coffee. Thanks, guys.
