Payment Arrangements


In an attempt to keep your dental costs to a minimum we have adopted the following procedure regarding payments and billing. Payment is due in full on the day of service unless prior financial arrangements have been made. Financial options are discussed during the consultation visit. Dr. Farber and his staff are committed to providing excellent dental care and guide patients in choosing the best payment options for their individual needs. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and most major credit cards, in addition we can offer our patients's several financing programs from companies that specialize in dental financing and have a solid reputation in the dental health industry. With these plans our patients have been able to select monthly payments that fit within their budget, making dental treatment affordable to all. Dental Fee PlanWe are pleased to offer Dental Fee Plan (DFP) to our patients.
DFP is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000. Offering DFP allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.
