Dear Dr. Farber, I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you for the high quality of care I recieved during my recent course of treatment. I began the treatment with apprehension but quickly began to appreciate the impact it was having on me. After the second treatment I began to notice an increase in my energy level and a feeling of physical well being that I hadn't had a long time. It is hard to connect the two, but whatever was going on in my mouth was affecting my overall general health. I am so glad that I came for treatment, I now feel healthier and more energetic than I have in a long time. Your staff deserves to be thanked for all of their efforts. I must say that when I made my appointment with your office for a consultation with reference to full mouth dental implants, what I knew about the process made me more than a little apprehensive. I have always been a terrible dental patient and did not think I could go through the process of dental implants. However, my dentist and I had done all we could to retain my teeth and I had reached the point where a decision had to be made regarding removing and replacing my existing teeth. After my initial appointment with you there was not a question in my mind as to how I would proceed. Although the process was a long one, as a friend of mine said, 'Cecil B. DeMille Production,' the end result was more than worth the time spent. I have had my upper dental implants for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. I can eat anything I want (corn on the cob, ribs, etc.) which I had not been able to do for some time. I can smile again and laugh out loud without feeling that I had to cover my mouth. As far as the process itself, removal of my teeth, inserting of the posts and the making of the new teeth, every appointment went well. Dr. Farber, you and your staff made the experience one that was relatively pain free and comfortable. I would imagine you know this is true as we are now mapping out the plan for removal of my lower teeth and full implant restoration.
