Our mission is to make your teeth look great while improving your overall health. For Dental Implants in Long Island, We Offer Advanced Techniques

Faber Center's team of holistic dentists and periodontists in Long Island at the Faber Center for Periodontics and Dental Implants in Medford NY Nassau County and in Hauppauge NY in Suffolk County NYWhen there is no option to save a tooth, an implant often is the most natural looking replacement. Our doctors are specialists in all dental implant procedures. We offer everything from single-tooth solutions to the advanced All-on-Four method which allows you to replace an entire row of teeth anchored to just four implants. All-on-Four also significantly reduces the need for bone grafting and is both more affordable and less invasive than traditional methods. Our patient-centered approach includes thorough consultation and explanation of all treatment options before any work begins on dental implants. You’ll be offered different options, and once you decide, an individualized treatment plan will be developed just for you. We believe in informed patients who have the freedom to choose from a range of options.

Periodontal Laser Surgery Can Help Save Teeth with New Procedures

Dr. Farber’s commitment to saving teeth is unmatched and remains the number-one goal for the entire Farber Center team. We are among a small and leading-edge group of dentists offering advanced periodontal laser surgery procedures that stimulate tissue regeneration around diseased teeth. This can be one of the most important steps to save a tooth. Known as LANAP (Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure), this FDA cleared technique employs the patented PerioLaser to create an environment where the body’s healing abilities can regenerate tissue including gum and bone. The procedure is performed without a scalpel and requires no sutures. If you are a candidate for laser surgery, Farber Center will discuss all of your options and propose a treatment plan for you to consider.

We Practice Holistic Dentistry Because Dental and Overall Health are Connected

Our holistic approach is dedicated to expanding awareness of the relationship between oral health and whole-body health. As a member of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health, Dr. Farber is among health-care professionals committed to helping patients and the public understand the emerging science-driven relationship between the mouth and body. Eliminating low-grade infections that may be present in the mouth as a result of periodontal disease can have beneficial health effects extending as far as the central nervous system, heart, circulatory system, and the immune system. With saving teeth as our mission, we proudly practice holistic dentistry and do everything we can to help patients live healthier and happier lives.
